Itinerary:

Upon arrival, proceed to check-in at your hotel in Govindghat. Following this, there will be a briefing of the tour, and you will have dinner before spending the night at the hotel.
After an early breakfast and packing lunch, we will take a vehicle to Pulna village (approximately 3 kilometers) – the last motor-able point before the trip to Valley of Flowers. From there, we will start trekking along the Laxman Ganga river towards Ghangaria. This moderate trek is filled with natural flora and fauna, taking about 5 to 7 hours to complete. If preferred, a helicopter, pony, or mule is available from Govindghat to Ghangaria at an additional cost. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast and packing lunch, we will proceed to the world heritage site of Valley of Flowers. First, we will approach the checkpoint to obtain an entry pass, which is currently charged at INR 150 per person for Indians and INR 600 per person for foreign passport holders for three days. After obtaining the pass, we will cross the old bridge on Pushpawati river and begin the trek to witness the unparalleled beauty of the valley. This trek is filled with mesmerizing views, and after approximately 2 kilometers, we will enter the U-shape valley. Another 1 kilometer of mild trekking will lead us to a self-sustained unique world of flowers, with more than 500 species of flowers to admire. After spending a few hours exploring the valley, we will trek back to Ghangaria before 4 PM for dinner and overnight stay.
On this day, we have two options to choose from for our trekking experience:
Option 1: Deeper parts of the Valley
After breakfast at the hotel, we will trek to the valley to explore its deepest parts. Spend the entire day witnessing the hidden beauty and rare species of flowers while surrounded by nature. Return to the hotel in the evening before 5 PM for dinner and overnight stay.
Option 2: Hemkunt Sahib Trek
After breakfast at the hotel, we will start the trek to Hemkunt Sahib, a Gurudwara located at the world’s highest altitude. The trek is approximately 6 kilometers one way from Ghangaria to Hemkunt Sahib. Although the trek to Hemkunt Sahib is slightly steeper than the Valley of Flowers trek, the destination is not only divine but also scenic. If preferred, pony and palki are available for Hemkunt Sahib at an additional cost. Take a holy dip at the Kund and enjoy Bhandara before returning to the hotel in Ghangaria for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast in the morning, check-out from the hotel and trek down to Pulna Village (10 kilometers trek/5-6 hours) before the tour ends, leaving you with sweet memories!
