Spiranthes sinensis in Valley of Flowers
Spiranthes sinensis is an erect orchid with 5-6 cm long cylindrical tubers. Stem is 10-40 cm tall. Leaves are 2-5 each. Flowers are pink or occasionally white and spirally arranged on long spikes. The specific name Phirlya means from China.

Whole plant can be used in treating flowers and tubers are used as a tonic.
