Dipsacus inermis or Himalayan Teasel is a robust perennial herb which has opposite entire or palmately lobed leaves. The plant can be identified by the solitary round flower-heads on leafless, long, channeled flowering stems. Flower-heads are creamy – white. Fruit is 8-ribbed and crowned with cup-shaped sepal-cup.
