Saxifraga brunonis is a herb with red thread like runner. Stem is purplish brown, slender. Leaves form a rosette. Flowers are very beautiful and bright yellow. Flowers are solitary or two to four. Sepals may be 5, petals are 5, stamens are 10 ( 5 long and 5 short), anthers are bright red with greenish yellow filaments.
